Personal data protection and privacy policy
The company ensures compliance with the legal obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (RGPD) and other legislation in force and related to the protection of personal data, in the processing of personal data that it may carry out.
For what purpose will my personal data be processed and on what legal basis?
The main purpose of processing personal data is to manage customer contacts and is based on pre-contractual procedures or in the execution of a contract between the customer and the company.
What personal data will be processed?
In the context of the purposes mentioned above, the company will process the following categories of customers' personal data: identification and contact data and data resulting from the collection of information necessary for the proper provision of customer service.
How will my personal data be processed?
Personal customer data will be processed in the context of the purposes indicated above, in accordance with the policy and internal rules of the company and using appropriate technical and organisational measures to promote their security and confidentiality.

Customers' personal data may be provided to companies entrusted with the provision of services.
These companies are bound to the company by written contract and/or term of responsibility and may only process users' personal data for the purposes specifically set out above and are not authorised to process the personal data directly or indirectly for any other purpose for their own or a third party's benefit.

Customers' personal data may also be communicated to Group companies that will comply with the applicable data protection rules depending on the purposes of the processing.
In compliance with legal and/or contractual obligations, to judicial, administrative, supervisory or regulatory authorities and may also be transferred to entities that lawfully carry out data compilation, fraud prevention and combat actions, market or statistical studies.
For how long will my personal data be treated?

For the period of 1 (one) year after the last transaction with the customer, without prejudice to the conservation of personal data for a longer period for the fulfilment of legal obligations;
What rights do I have over my personal data?
Customers have the right to:
request and receive relevant information regarding the processing of personal data carried out by the company;
request access to their personal data, namely to obtain confirmation that their personal data is being processed; rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their personal data by the company; and request access to their personal data.
Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados CNPD, if they consider that the processing carried out on their personal data infringes their rights and/or the applicable data protection laws.
